Transportation procurement software vendor Leaf Logistics is arming shippers with a tool to continuously recalibrate their truckload spend to drive more volume to lower cost contract rates. The technology provider last week released a new product called Leaf Adapt that’s designed to wean shippers off a reliance on the traditional long-term contract requests for proposal (RFPs) to truckload carriers.
